History :
In 1990, when the bill for management of insurance companies was approved,
providing the ground for the profession of Broker and the need for independent
organizational presence that would provide services separately from Broker
duties, as independent consultant, to insured institutes, whether in the private
or the government sector or the subsidiaries of organizations and banks, Iran
Hami Company was founded and began its activity as the first official agency.
Since it establishment, the basic goals of Iran Hami included development
of the insurance market in new realms and training institutes involved in
insurance affairs. In line with such goals, it has taken the essential measures,
some of which are as follows:
1. Planning and developing executive methods for liability insurances of managers
of international and inland transportation companies under various legal systems,
planning insurance affairs for transactions based on the Islamic banking system
in Iran, planning and studying the feasibility of insurance affairs in industrial
projects that are being economically studied, and many other projects such
as the actions of the Company for market development, maintaining and observing
the professional standards in this line of activity.
2. The common beliefs of the directors in using human resources for the basic
goals have made them recruit, absorb and train new active forces that can
be effective in promoting the goals, while also preserving and keeping the
valuable experienced forces. Fortunately, the years of experience of the directors
in this field and their knowledge and constant professional contact with the
experts in the field have provided the ground for the Company to have access
to a wide range of knowledgeable and capable experts. The policy of the Company
from now on is to keep such valuable human resources. The achievements and
successes of the experts and the former figures of Iran Hami in various fields
of insurance services are the best proof for such claims.
3. Constant training on translation, collecting and writing articles and texts
that are directly or indirectly related to the insurance industry, the participation
of the directors of the Company in various training courses as lecturers and
instructors, which indicate the interest and activeness of this Company in
education.
4. Establishing a close relation with the insurance companies of Iran and
providing more comprehensive services to insured companies.
Being supported by the above throughout the years of activity of the Company
and with the help of a group of interested professional individuals in the
form of well-organized cores of the activities of the Company, Iran Hami is
a reputable name in this profession, which consistently continues its activity
with a better quality and at a higher level than insurance Broker services.
